After the CEO of the company watched his friend not go to college due to mental health issues, he investigated and realized that something was wrong with the support function of the school. It turns out the guidance counselors are overworked, scheduled and tasked.
At Concilium, we are dedicated to helping those in low income areas and those who are struggling with mental health issues. We believe in Tech that Cares for students, school counselors, and administration

CEO - Micah Roberson
With forming a venture research team for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and conducting marketing and business development for GT Securities, Micah creates finds meaningful connections between state and school initiatives.

With software development and startup experience from creating software solutions and previous companies, Parth is positioned to be a full-stack developer.

With a wide variety of careers ranging from software development at Cisco to project development at Wipro, Arpan is uniquely positioned to also lead product development.

Seven years of software development and production support experience. Jay has worked mainly on Avaya Aura communication manager, which is heart and soul of UC/ CC infrastructure.
